1. Definitions

  • Owner / We / Us: Vijay Kumar Gupta, Research Analyst
  • You / Client / User: Any individual or entity availing research services
  • Parties: Collectively, the Research Analyst and the Client

2. Assent & Acceptance

By availing research services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. If you do not agree, you should request a refund immediately (if applicable).

3. Availing Research Services

  • Research services are subscribed voluntarily by the client
  • Services are provided strictly under SEBI RA Regulations
  • The Research Analyst does not execute trades on behalf of clients

4. Obligations on Research Analyst

  • Compliance with SEBI Act, RA Regulations, and government notifications
  • Adherence to all circulars issued by SEBI / RAASB

5. Client Information & KYC

  • Clients must submit complete and accurate KYC information
  • KYC records will be verified with KRA as per SEBI directions

6. Standard Client Understanding

  • Investments are subject to market risks
  • Open positions without stop-loss may lead to heavy losses
  • SEBI/NISM registration does not assure returns
  • Past performance is not indicative of future results
  • No avenue exists for claiming losses

7. Declaration by Research Analyst

  • Registered with SEBI as Research Analyst (INH000020226)
  • Maximum fee: ₹1.51 lakh per annum per family
  • No guarantee of returns or profits

8. Consideration & Mode of Payment

  • Fees payable via banking channels only
  • Refunds processed as per SEBI norms on pro-rata basis

9. Risk Factors

Investing in securities involves market, financial, operational, regulatory, and technology risks. Futures & Options trading involves very high risk.

10. Conflict of Interest

  • All actual or potential conflicts are disclosed as per SEBI norms

11. Termination & Refund

  • Services may be suspended if RA registration is suspended/cancelled
  • Refunds shall be processed on pro-rata basis
